Veganuary Recipes
Veganuary (a.k.a. Vegan January) is upon us and apparently this year over 350,000 people have signed up to go Vegan for the month! If you were one of those people, congratulations on making it so far! We hope you’re having lots of interesting, diverse and delicious meals!
You’ll be pleased to know that Forever Living is always cruelty-free and some of our products are vegan-friendly, including our three-flagship Aloe Vera Gels and some of our supplements such as our Forever Fiber, Forever B12 (a vegan staple!) and Forever Lean.
But we wanted to go one step further and help you to incorporate our vegan products into some delicious vegan recipes to really kickstart your January!

This soup is packed full of vitamins to give you a well-rounded, filling vegan meal: kick it up a notch by adding a sachet of Forever Supergreens – completely vegan-friendly!
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ large onion (chopped)
- 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 650ml vegetable stock
- 1 broccoli (chopped)
- 2 celery stalks (chopped)

- 120g spinach
- 1 400g can cannellini beans
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

In a large pot over a medium heat, heat the olive oil and fry the onions for 3-4 minutes, until starting to soften. Add the garlic and fry for a further 1-2 minutes.
Add the vegetable stock, broccoli, celery and peas. Turn down the heat to medium-low and simmer for 1-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Transfer the soup to a blender and add the spinach, beans, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth, then pour the soup back into the pot and add in your sachet of Forever Supergreens. Remember to taste-test and adjust seasonings as necessary.

Aloe Peaches Sorbet
Being healthy doesn’t have to mean denying yourself sweet treats. A delicious peach sorbet is the perfect after-dinner treat, and the added Forever Aloe Peaches means you still get a health boost from that pure inner leaf aloe gel.
- 1 pound ripe peaches (cut roughly into pieces)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 60ml Forever Aloe Peaches
- 60ml water
- ½ cup white sugar
Add peaches to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Add to a bowl, stir in the lemon juice and place in the fridge.
Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved (this should take around a minute). Remove from the stove and let it cool to room temperature, before adding the Forever Aloe Peaches and popping into the fridge for around an hour
Pour the blended peach and lemon juice mix into the Forever Aloe Peaches and sugar mix into a freezer safe container and ensure it’s well combined. Place in the freezer. Every 30 minutes or so, remove the sorbet from the freezer and use a fork to break it up and stir. Keep repeating this process until the mixture is completely frozen (4-5 hours).
