Eating well is one of the best ways to boost health and wellness. So, we’ve pulled together three amazing Forever recipes to try this January: one for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner.
All three recipes are vegetarian friendly, and each of them includes at least one fantastic Forever product to give your meal a real hit of flavour and additional nutrients. In the ingredient list for each recipe, we’ve put links to the Forever products you need – so it’s nice and easy to order them or send your customers to the right place.
They’re also really quick to make. We know time is often in short supply, and that’s why each recipe takes very little time to both prepare and cook.
Give your health and wellness a boost at the start of 2023. Be sure to give one (or all three) a try this January.
Breakfast - Forever Lite Ultra Pancakes (Vegetarian)
When it comes to breakfast, you’ll have a ‘flipping’ great start to the day with these healthy, protein-packed pancakes!
Mash your banana and whisk in the milk and eggs. Gradually add the Forever Lite Ultra Vanilla and mix together well. There may be lumps in your mixture, but make sure the Forever Lite Ultra Vanilla is incorporated well.
Spray your griddle or frying pan with low-calorie oil and spoon your mixture into your pan. Cook the pancakes to suit your taste and top with fruit and a drizzle of Forever Bee Honey, or your favourite topping.
Lunch - Supergreen Soup (Vegan)
For lunch, enjoy this super healthy, vegan friendly soup that’s packed with vitamins and provides you with a filling, well-rounded meal.
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ large onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 650ml vegetable stock
- 1 broccoli, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup green peas
- 120g spinach
- 1x 400g can cannellini beans
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 sachet Forever Supergreens
In a large pot over a medium heat, heat the olive oil and fry the onions for 3-4 minutes (until they start to soften). Add the garlic and fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Then add the vegetable stock, broccoli, celery and peas. Turn down the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
After that, transfer the soup to a blender and add the spinach, cannellini beans, lemon juice, dill and season to taste with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth, then pour the soup back into the pot and add in your sachet of Forever Supergreens. Check the seasoning before serving.
Dinner - Forever Aloe Berry Nectar Risotto (Vegetarian)
This versatile risotto is the perfect way to end the day at dinner. And with added Forever Aloe Berry Nectar, you’re getting 90.7% pure inner leaf aloe vera too!
- 320g Arborio rice
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp seed oil
- 60g butter
- 40g Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 50g cranberries
- 150ml Forever Aloe Berry Nectar
- 50g Mascarpone cheese
- 1 litre vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Prepare the vegetable broth. Then in a pan, brown the onion with the seed oil and butter. Add the rice and Forever Aloe Berry Nectar. Mix everything together.
Slowly add the broth to this and cook for 20 minutes. Once cooked, stir in the mascarpone and Parmesan cheese, cranberries and an additional small amount of Forever Aloe Berry Nectar.
