- 240ml almond milk
- 100g frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1⁄2 tsp dried culinary lavender
- 1 tsp lemon zest

- 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
- 0-2 tsp Forever Bee Honey (to taste)

- 115g low fat cottage cheese
- 1 pitted Medjool date (soak in hot water for 5 minutes)
