This month, Forever Living has launched its summer campaign, ‘Powered By Argi’, to encourage you to dedicate a portion of your spare time to fitness and improve you overall wellbeing. For those who are less active, the goal is to build up to around 45 minutes of exercise in a session by the end of this month. For those who are more active, the goal is to maintain a duration of 45 minutes of exercise or more in frequent sessions throughout the month. However active you are, you may be wondering where you even start and what exercise you need to do to achieve your fitness goals.
