Why shakes are great!

Shakes are an ideal form of liquid nutrition to keep you going in-between meals, and they can taste pretty amazing too! Here are a few of our favourite Forever Lite Ultra shake recipes.


Chocolate Raspberry Delight*

  • 1 scoop chocolate Forever Lite Ultra

  • 236ml unsweetened coconut milk

  • 130g fresh or frozen raspberries

  • 3.7g cocoa powder

  • 15g almond butter

  • 17g cacoa nibs ( optional topping)

  • 4-6 ice cubes

Cherry Ginger Zinger*

  • 1 scoop vanilla Forever Lite Ultra

  • 236ml unsweetened coconut milk

  • 125g fat-free plain Greek yoghurt

  • 77g cherries

  • 4g ginger

  • 7g Forever Bee Honey

  • 4-6 ice cubes
