Lauren Fenton set the scene sharing the staggering statistic that £25.6bn is spent on Christmas in the UK alone, and outlined the earning potential in the coming weeks.  Claire Massie talked about the ‘gift of the opportunity’, with a super condensed training packed with practical activity – the four pieces of the recruitment jigsaw. 

Bethan Jones gave invaluable tips on how the personal touch and good customer care led to over £1,000 of profit last year by offering a personal Christmas shopping and wrapping service to customers, partners of customers and how she taps into local businesses. 

Sue Fairclough shared her passion and expertise in running stalls which have added 800 new contacts to her network and the impressive stat that 15% of team members have come as a result of live events and that 30% of her monthly ccs come from customers she has met when hosting stalls. She had lots of great advice about ‘best practice’ in this area. 

Steph Barnsby shared how to run successful skincare and pamper evenings online and how by sending out small pamper packs in advance, resulted in increased attendance, enjoyment and sales. She walked through the whole process from extending invitations to the structure, flow and content of the pamper event.
