Shake of the Month: Ginger Ninja

120ml carrot juice
1tbsp fresh ginger
1 banana
1 scoop Forever Lite Ultra Vanilla
210g ice cubes

Simply blend the ingredients in a blender until they reach the desired consistency and enjoy!

Flavours of Forever: No-Bake Protein Bars

1 ½ cups porridge oats, blended into flour
½ cup Forever Lite Ultra Vanilla
½ a cup Rice Krispies
½ tsp sea salt
½ cup peanut butter (make it nut-free by using sunflower seed butter)
½ cup Forever Bee Honey
A drizzle of melted dark chocolate

Line an 8-inch square pan with some patchment paper.

Mix together the oat flour, Forever Lite Ultra, Rice Krispies and salt in a medium bowl.

Mix together the peanut butter and Forever Bee Honey in another bowl.

Mix the dry and wet ingredients together and give them a stir until combined. Tip the mixture into your lined pan and make sure it’s pressed down with the back of a spoon.

Pop the tin in the freezer for around 10 minutes. Take them out to slide them into bars – this recipe should yield around 12 bars. Drizzle a bowl of melted dark chocolate over the bars, pop them back into the freezer for 10 minutes to set and store in an air-tight container for around three months.
