Updates from Forever UK regarding Coronavirus
Please find below updated guidelines regarding Forever UK and Coronavirus.
As the UK government continues to release guidance each day, we alter our approaches accordingly to ensure the safety of our Forever Business Owners, customers, staff and our wider community. All core business services will continue to remain open for the foreseeable future.
Please review the below for detailed updates:
Will Forever’s Head Office remain open?
It is important that the Forever UK business remains operational. As such, staff will continue to provide core services to ensure we can serve our Forever Business Owners and customers. Staff where possible in accordance with government advice are working remotely. As a precautionary measure, we have closed all tours and events at our site in Longbridge Manor and across the country to guarantee the wellbeing of staff and FBOs. These closures will remain in place for the foreseeable future. As such, Forever Experience events, trainings and Business Presentations held at the Longbridge Manor site and across the country have been cancelled, and where possible moved online. We will of course keep our FBOs and customers updated should the situation change.

Will the Forever Centres at Longbridge Manor and London remain open?
Since 20th March, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we made the decision to close our doors and work remotely to protect our FBOs, customers and staff. This impacted your ability to use the Forever Centre collection services at Warwick and London.
Having reviewed in detail government regulation and stringent safety measures, we can now announce that we will reopen the Forever Centre at Warwick, with London in review.
The Forever Centre at Warwick will reopen on Monday, 18th May 2020. New opening hours will be implemented for the foreseeable future.
Forever Centre Warwick opening hours will be as follows:
|Monday||10am – 3pm|
|Wednesday||10am – 3pm|
|Thursday||10am – 3pm|
|Saturday||10am – 3pm|
As mentioned, stringent safety measures will be implemented to protect our FBOs and staff. These measures include:
Products are to be preordered either online or via telephone for collection. FBOs cannot make impromptu visits to the Forever Centre at Warwick to purchase products
To ensure social distancing, within queuing areas, there will be floor markings at 2 meters apart
Sneeze guard barriers will be placed on the counter top
Wall mounted hand sanitizer will be made available to FBOs, customers and staff upon arrival
Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be worn by Forever Centre staff at all times, including gloves and face masks
The Forever Centre at Warwick will undergo regular deep cleans with areas regularly sanitized
The Forever Centre will not be open for public gatherings or small events
Please note that toilet facilities usually available at Longbridge Manor will be closed.
Information relating to Forever Centre London reopening will be provided following review.
Will Forever still run national events across the country?
Forever will continue to follow government advice, and as such Forever’s national events are cancelled. In replace of the usual live events, Forever UK will run online trainings via webinars where relevant. Webinar information including topic and how to register will be made available to all FBOs so that they can tune in, learn and connect with the business remotely. All webinars will be free of charge, so this provides FBOs with an excellent opportunity to connect and brush up on their knowledge. Please continue to follow Forever news to find out the latest regarding webinar trainings.
The webinar schedule for FBOs can be found here. Please note we are making continuous updates to this page, so please keep checking back.

Can I as an FBO still hold product launches, pamper parties and other product events?
We recommend that as an independent Forever Business Owner, you closely follow government advice and make decisions that will allow you to continue to run your business effectively whilst also being conscious of your health and the health of others.
Remember, there are many online platforms such as Zoom video conferencing which can support in your business activities.
Can I continue to share product samples and packs like the Experience Pack?
As listed above, please follow government advice and take the relevant precautions. Always practice the best possible hygiene to keep yourself and others healthy and safe.
